The construction works for the Corallis Apartments residential complex, developed by KÉSZ Group and implemented by KESZ Romania, continue at a sustained pace, with a completion date of the end of 2026. The handover of the apartments to the future owners is scheduled for the beginning of 2027.

Progress of the works at the end of January:
- Buildings A, B, C: The crown beams are cast and the excavations have been completed. The leveling concrete has been poured.
- Building D: The basement walls have been cast, preparing the structure for the next stages.
- Building E: The floor above the basement has been successfully completed.
Progress at the beginning of February:
- The general foundation casting for buildings A, B and C has begun.
- The diaphragms (or concrete walls) of the ground floor for buildings D, E and F (the smallest in the complex) have been completed.
The second tower crane has been installed.
Challenges and adaptability
In the second half of February, cold weather and heavy snowfall brought additional challenges to the construction team. The snow transformed the site into a spectacular winter landscape, but required additional efforts to clean up and resume work.
Experience with such situations was useful, as the teams demonstrated a focus on solutions and determination to continue under optimal conditions. The Corallis project continues according to the established plan, maintaining a constant pace of development.
