The Corallis residential complex, developed by KÉSZ Group and implemented by KÉSZ Romania, has achieved remarkable sales performance. In just four months since the launch of sales in September, 27% of the available stock has been sold, representing transactions worth 57,400,000 lei, confirming the attractiveness of the project on the real estate market. Located on the shores of Lake Grivița, the complex benefits from BREEAM Excellent certification and includes facilities for a healthy lifestyle, features that attracted buyers and generated pre-contract signings for 61 apartments in 2024.
The launch offer debuted with an excellent price-quality ratio, starting with values from 117,834 Euro + VAT for 2-room apartments, the best-selling product in the first months. There was increased interest in 3- and 4-room apartments, units with generous surfaces, which support the concept of a comfortable lifestyle, with the advantage of proximity to the lake and sensational sunsets.
The most valuable apartment sold during this period is a 4-room penthouse with lake view and rooftop terrace. It was sold for 530,000 Euros plus VAT, confirming the exclusivity and superior features of the unit.
Half of the buyers opted for the installment payment method, which will be paid until the completion of the construction works. For the standard payment method, the advance payment required in the sale-purchase process of Corallis apartments is 30%, while for the installment payment method, the advance payment required is 20%.
The residential complex is located in the North area of Bucharest, on Coralilor Street, with an opening to Grivița Lake. Construction works are underway, with ground-breaking already being reached for two of the buildings. The project completion deadline is set for the end of 2026, with the apartments to be handed over at the beginning of 2027.
